Thank you for taking the time to visit this website. We hope it was informative about the next phase of future development of Manchester Science Park and has provided an overview and understanding of the emerging Greenheys proposals.
The public consultation for this development will run for three weeks and we ask for all comments to be submitted via the website by 27th March 2023. During this period, members of the public have the opportunity to view the proposals on this website, as well as attending either an online consultation event or an in person event.

Public Consultation Drop In Event: 16th March 2023 – 4pm – 7pm
Event Location: Bright Building, Manchester Science Park, Pencroft Way, Manchester M15 6GZ
This event is open to all and there is no need to pre-register. The development team will be available to talk through the proposals and answer any questions you may have. This event is a drop in session, so please call in at a time to suit you.
Following the end of the consultation period, Bruntwood SciTech and the professional team will consider all comments received and will amend the proposals where possible, before submitting a planning application.
