WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

We will take time to review community feedback, before submitting a planning application in Spring 2023.

Once submitted, the planning application will be available to view online via Manchester City Council’s planning portal and local residents and businesses will be given details of how to view the application and submit comments by the Council.

Subject to planning permission being approved this year, the intention is to start construction in Summer ’23 with the building to be opened in Spring 2026.
